Each trip carries up to 25 bins (a large bin counts as 1.5), so bigger orders take more trips, and each one is charged farther out. Trips within 20 miles are always free.

Good questions
How many bins do I need?
As a rough guide: 25 for a studio or 1 bedroom, 40 for 2 bedrooms, 60 for 3 bedrooms and 80 for 4+. Packing heavy stuff like books? Add some small bins. Lots of linens and pillows? Add large ones. The minimum order is 15 bins for 1 week.
What if I need the bins longer?
Keep them as long as you need. Each extra week is billed at the extra-week rate for your bin sizes. Returns get a 2-day grace period after the due date.
Do you do moves between towns?
Yes. We deliver and pick up anywhere within 50 miles of Apex, and each address is priced by its own distance: free within 20 miles, $47 per trip for 21–35 miles and $68 per trip for 36–50 miles. Each trip carries up to 25 bins, so bigger orders take more trips. We don't serve addresses more than 50 miles away.
Can I pick up or return the bins myself?
Yes, and you'll save. Pick up in Apex by appointment for $20 off, return there for $10 off, or do both for $30 off and skip all distance fees. Bins come pre-counted and strapped, with dollies, labels and zip ties bagged on top. An SUV fits about 30–45 bins, a pickup truck about 60–80. We'll arrange a time with you.
Are the bins clean?
Every bin is counted, inspected and sanitized when it comes back, before it goes out to the next customer.
Is there a deposit?
We keep a card on file for every order. Orders more than 20 miles from Apex also have a $100 refundable deposit.
What if a bin gets damaged or lost?
We count and inspect bins within 2 business days of return and send you an itemized report before any charge. Fees apply only for bins that come back broken or not at all. See the fee table.
