Simple, upfront pricing
Every order has two parts: the bins (by size and weeks) and delivery and pickup, which are free within 20 miles of Apex and priced by distance beyond that. Pick up or return the bins yourself and pay less. Fees for damage or loss apply only when bins come back broken or don't come back.
1. Bin rental by size
Minimum order: 15 bins for 1 week.

Business moves
Standard bins at $3.40 per bin for the first week and $1.55 each extra week on orders of 100+ bins, plus 2 free dollies per 100 bins.
2. Delivery and pickup by distance
Distance is driving miles one way from Apex. Delivery and pickup are each charged per trip, so a move between two towns is priced by the distance of each address.

Example: a 2 BR move from Cary to Durham pays the package ($227 for 2 weeks) + free delivery in Cary + $51 pickup in Durham = $278.
- Orders over about 80 bins need two trips each way (a large bin counts as 1.5 bins). The second trip costs $51 within 20 miles, or the distance fee again farther out.
- Same-day or weekend delivery or pickup adds $52 per trip.
- If no one is there to receive or release the bins, the wasted trip costs $25 within 20 miles and the full trip fee farther out.
3. Pick up or return yourself (lower price)

- Grab & Go bundles: bins come pre-counted and strapped, with dollies, labels and zip ties bagged on top. An SUV fits about 30–45 nested bins; a pickup truck about 60–80.

4. Late, damaged and non-returned bins
We keep a card on file for every order. Orders more than 20 miles from Apex also have a $100 refundable deposit. Bins are counted and inspected within 2 business days of return, and you'll get an itemized report before any charge.

- Late return: the extra-week rate for each week or part week past the due date, after a 2-day grace period.
- Bins not returned 21 days after the due date are billed as lost. If they come back later, 50% of the lost fee is refunded.
- Dolly: $85 if lost, $40 if damaged.
